Authorized firm content only
Upload only documents, templates, checklists, prompts, and client materials your firm is authorized to process inside AskFirmBrain.
Professional review required
AskFirmBrain helps retrieve and summarize firm knowledge, but users must verify answers, review source citations, and apply professional judgment before relying on output for tax, accounting, legal, or other professional work.
Do not upload prohibited content
Do not upload malware, executable attacks, stolen credentials, unlawful content, content intended to harm systems, or data your firm is not permitted to store or process.
Protect sensitive data
Use role-based access, firm workspace separation, document deletion controls, and retention policies to limit who can access sensitive firm or client information.
No security bypass
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, role permissions, document-level controls, rate limits, audit logs, or workspace boundaries.
Admin deletion and retention
Firm admins can delete documents and request workspace deletion. Optional data retention limits can be configured by deployment or added for firm-specific policies.
