Upload only documents, templates, checklists, prompts, and other materials your organization is authorized to process inside AskFirmBrain.
Professional review required
AskFirmBrain helps retrieve and summarize company knowledge, but users must verify answers, review source citations, and apply appropriate human judgment before relying on generated output.
Do not upload prohibited content
Do not upload malware, executable attacks, stolen credentials, unlawful content, content intended to harm systems, or data your organization is not permitted to store or process.
Protect sensitive data
Use role-based access, organization workspace separation, document deletion controls, and retention policies to limit who can access sensitive company or customer information.
No security bypass
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, role permissions, document-level controls, rate limits, audit logs, or workspace boundaries.
Admin deletion and retention
Organization admins can delete documents and request workspace deletion. Optional data retention limits can be configured by deployment or added for customer-specific policies.
